Police in Vallejo say they were handling one shooting when they got a call about a second in the middle of a sideshow.

VALLEJO, Calif. (KGO) — A chaotic night in the North Bay ended with one person dead, another in the hospital and so many shootings, police couldn’t respond to them all.

When the shooting call came in, Vallejo Police had to ask Solano County deputies to respond.

Police say one man was shot and killed.

They believe the man was in a car, though it’s not clear if he was part of the sideshow or just passing by.

Police haven’t arrested anyone tied to the shooting, though four people were arrested for the sideshow.

Three others were cited.

Another video shows a sideshow in Crockett at around 1 a.m. at San Pablo Avenue and Merchant Street.

One off-road vehicle took part in that sideshow.

A witness says that dozens of people blocked intersections and the Interstate 80 off-ramp.

Police broke up the crowd about 25 minutes later.
