The Red Bull F1 team is well-known for the brutal treatment of its drivers. Over the years, many have tried their hands alongside Max Verstappen and have miserably failed. In light of this, the Ex-Red Bull driver/Williams racer Alex Albon has warned the Austrian outfit’s 2025 prospect Liam Lawson.
Sergio Perez is seen by many pundits as the one going out of Red Bull at the end of the 2024 F1 season. He has been nowhere near the level of Max Verstappen and thus, the likes of Yuki Tsunoda, Franco Colapinto, and Liam Lawson are in the running for the 2025 seat. However, banking on his own Red Bull experience, Alex Albon has advised Lawson to spend a few more seasons as RB before jumping ship to the main team.

From my experience, it’s not a bad thing to spend a couple of years learning your craft a bit more. He has been able to hold his own against the heavy hitters in the midfield and has immensely impressed Christian Horner and Helmut Marko.
