The 27-year-old still faced some struggles against Esteban Ocon who also scored a shocking podium finish at the Brazilian GP. The Frenchman was on par to win the race if it wasn’t for the red flag due to Franco Colapinto’s crash.

The former even joked that the Frenchman’s speed seemed so superior that he was ready to accept finishing in second if the Red Flag wasn’t pulled out.
