Randy Orton was brutally attacked last week by Kevin Owens on SmackDown. The Prizefighter crossed all the limits when he performed the banned ‘Piledriver,’ leading to The Viper getting hospitalized. Taking matters in his own hands, Cody Rhodes called out Owens for a face-to-face confrontation about his unhinged behavior toward his former friends.

In response, Owens posted a video on X where he revealed that putting Orton on the shelf was his job. He namedropped Triple H while saying that The Apex Predator was already warned about what was coming to him. Therefore, there was no justified reason behind banning him from the arena on SmackDown.

The former Universal Champion accepted this invitation and promised to be ready for a confrontation with Cody Rhodes.
