In the penultimate bout of the night in downtown Arlington, Irish Pugilist Katie Taylor locked horns with Amanda Serrano in her defense of the undisputed lightweight championship. It served as a rematch from their previous fight, which Taylor narrowly won. This time around, the more it changed, the more it stayed the same.
The champ saw off a resilient Serrano via a unanimous decision. Current Raw Superstar and former World Heavyweight Champion Damian Priest took to X to comment on it. First of all, he doubled down on the contentious call that declared Taylor the winner over Serrano, saying it was total BS.
