Lamenting an ordinary offensive gameplay in Chi-town on Sunday, the Chicago Bears incurred their first loss at home. They went down 3-19 against the New England Patriots in a scoreline that is enough to make a longtime Bears fanatic like Seth Rollins hate football. The WWE Superstar couldn’t resist expressing his disgust in a post on X that none of his fans are foreign to.
Nothing seemed to work for the Bears on their home turf, as even star quarterback Caleb Williams ended up with a subpar display. His side has dropped to fourth place in the NFC North division of the NFL with five losses in nine games they’ve played so far. Last month, Rollins made an outrageous prediction during a surprise visit on Inside the NFL with Ryan Clark and Chad Johnson.
The Visionary called for a Bears annihilation of the Washington Commanders as the two teams were lined up for a clash later that week. Seth must’ve ended up in doldrums after the men in orange lost a close encounter in an away game. Things aren’t looking good for the Bears with the latest setback inflicted by the Patriots.
I hate football. — Seth Rollins (@WWERollins) November 10, 2024 Nothing’s going Rollins’ way of late. Apart from his NFL woes, the five-time world champion has gone out of sorts on WWE television.
Having developed a fierce rivalry with Bronson Reed over the months on Raw, they’re still going at it. Last week at Crown Jewel, The Architect managed to get away with Reed’s explosive strength. The Aussie has been on a career-high trajectory with everything he’s done to Seth since destroying him with half a dozen Tsunamis in August.
They’re far from being done, as Bronson isn’t ready to let it go just yet. Seth Rollins denies his involvement in MCU’s Captain America: Black New WorldYesterday, Marvel Studios posted a trailer for their Anthony Mackie starrer, Captain America: Black New World. It’s slated for a mid-February release next year.
As soon as the trailer reached the masses, the wrestling fans were quick to adjudge a gunman draped in a military vest to be Seth Rollins. Seth Rollins (via WWE)However, The Visionary shot it down with a reply on X. Rollins said it’s not him in the trailer.
It comes on the heels of a previous report that claimed that the filmmakers had deleted all the scenes of The Serpent Society from the movie during reshoots. Not me, kid. Sorry.
