Sami Zayn and Jey Uso have a long history in WWE. They’ve journeyed from deep distrust to facing off in the main event of WrestleMania and now, to be close friends. The latest episode of SmackDown ended with these two superstars finally ending up on the same page, and they even teamed up with Roman Reigns’ old rival for a match after the show.
After the latest episode of SmackDown went off the air, these two superstars teamed up with Cody Rhodes for a six-man tag team match. They faced off against the team of Bron Breakker, Ludwig Kaiser, and Carmelo Hayes. As is the case with most dark matches, the baby faces emerged on top.
Towards the end of the bout, Sami Zayn landed a Helluva Kick onto Kaiser. As he fell forward, Uso quickly hit him with a superkick, and The American Nightmare caught him with a Cross Rhodes from behind. Cody Rhodes then pinned the German to pick up the victory for his team.
