After a summer-long heated rivalry, Seth Rollins and Bronson Reed finally squared off against each other at Crown Jewel. As expected, this was a chaotic match from start to finish. At the end, Rollins overcame the odds to defeat a ‘bloody’ Reed.
Rollins didn’t wait long to attack Reed, taking the fight to him while he was making his entrance. As such, the two men brawled on the stage. Rollins gained the upper hand with a suicide dive before Reed slammed him near the barricade.
The match kick started, and the Aussie monster wasted no time in delivering the Tsunami. However, The Visionary fought back with a Stomp of his own. Reed countered a roll-up pin attempt with a vicious standing splash.
The former NXT North American Champion took control as he manhandled his opponent. Momentum shifted after Rollins countered a powerbomb. The former Shield member dropped a Frog Splash on Reed for only one count.
Moments later, the latter was able to deliver the powerbomb. Reed continued to brutalize Rollins, hitting a top rope superplex. SETH ROLLINS HAS BEATEN BRONSON REED.
Before anyone calls him Seth Hogan, this is his first win on a PLE since Survivor Series 2023, over 340 DAYS ago. WHAT A MATCH 🔥#WWECrownJewel pic. twitter.

Due to the first Stomp onto the steel steps, Bronson Reed was busted open. Despite that, he was able to stand up following the bout as he stared down his rival.
Needless to say, the rivalry between the duo is far from over.
