28 to present — and she took the term “dressed to impress” to new heights. Lively opted for a pared-down — but no less gorgeous than usual — look, choosing an all-white ensemble. She wore a white Michael Kors Collection gown with a gathered waist and thigh-high slit, topped with a white jacket.
