Lewis Hamilton not ‘holding back’ from helping Mercedes 2025 car in last three races

Mercedes has found itself in a bit of a rut during the latter part of the ongoing 2024 Formula 1 season. The outfit is out of the running for the Constructors Championship but despite this, the departing Lewis Hamilton has insisted that he will give his all both on and off the track in the remaining races. The Mercedes W15 will be the base on which the 2025 challenger will be developed by Mercedes.

The 39-year-old will rep the gear of the Ferrari Formula from next year onwards. But that’s the job, that’s what I’m paid for. I’m not holding anything back from any class sessions. At the end of the day, this is the team that I’ve been successful with for many, many years and I want the team to continue to have success.

I mean, it’s devastating to have these bad races in the second half of the season. But all I can say is we’re trying, we’re coming into the weekend. But it’s definitely not acceptable, it’s definitely not good enough.
