Despite having the faster car, the Brit has won only three races. Norris’ failure in execution during crucial moments has cost him heavily this season. Andrea Stella has since pinpointed the Austrian GP and the United States GP as the two most important deficits for Norris this year.

Stella has also said that the team and Norrid have gained important lessons from these races. I think we got some learning, for instance, from Austria. We got a little too close.

And the points we’re missing from Austria, because of having had a proper collision and then being knocked out of the race, are points that we regret.
