Screamers: The Hunting (2009) is a sci-fi horror film and the sequel to Screamers (1995). Set on a desolate, war-torn planet, the story follows a group of soldiers who discover that the deadly, autonomous machines known as “screamers” are still active and evolving. These machines were originally created for warfare, designed to kill anyone they encounter by emitting a high-pitched sound that incapacitates their victims.
