It was an absolute nightmare of an evening for Randy Orton at Crown Jewel. Kevin Owens smacked him with a steel chair before the match even began. Demented by heartbreak, The Prizefighter thought that it was his best foot forward.
He even took out the match referee, Eddie Orengo, let alone backstage producers. GMs Nick Aldis and Adam Pearce had to intervene only for The Viper to RKO Pearce. The bell hadn’t rung, so the two superstars went out fighting in the crowd.
In there, Kevin gained hold of a roadcase, so he bounced it off Orton’s head three times. Kevin wasn’t done as he placed Randy on a table and dropped his elbow on The Apex Predator from at least a few inches high. Orton was out cold, with medical personnel rushing towards him.
One would believe that this was coming one way or the other. The budding differences between these two had been simmering for weeks. Owens went deranged after being sucker punched by Randy on SmackDown.
As an act of retaliation, he laid out The Apex Predator backstage. The match between Randy Orton and Kevin Owens at WWE Crown Jewel never actually started, as a brawl before the bell culminated in this massive elbow drop from KO:pic. twitter.

However, that wasn’t going to sit well with The Viper, who was gunning for revenge on his former tag team partner. That left Orton with no choice but to summon WWE CCO Triple H on SmackDown.
