Crown Jewel 2024 kicked off with The Bloodline six-man tag team match. For the first time in almost two years, Roman Reigns and The Usos teamed up to take on the Solo Sikoa-led faction. After a back-and-forth thrilling encounter, Sikoa shockingly pinned his former leader.
Moreover, Sami Zayn returned to The Bloodline storyline in a massive way. The match focused on the not yet fully repaired relationship between Reigns and Jey Uso. The latter started things off with Tama Tonga, as The Usos delivered a few double-team moves.
Despite the live crowd and Reigns himself asking for it, Jey refused to tag in his cousin. This allowed their opponents to swiftly take control of the bout. Jey joined the action again but suffered the same fate as his twin brother.
After much anticipation from the crown, Jey finally tagged Reigns in. The OTC took down his successor. However, Sikoa hit Reigns with the Samoan Spike for a close two-count.
Chaos ensued between both sides as the referee got knocked down during the mayhem. Sami Zayn makes the save for The OG Bloodline but it ends with him inadvertently taking out Roman Reigns. #WWECrownJewel pic.

The Bloodline wasn’t finished as the group continued to brutalize its former members. Sami Zayn arrived on scene to make the save. However, this ended up backfiring as Zayn inadvertently hit Roman Reigns while both of them attempted to hit their finishers on Sikoa.
