On the latest episode of SmackDown, the OG Bloodline stood in the ring for the first time since Crown Jewel. As expected, Sami Zayn pleaded his case for getting the band back together. The former Bloodline member had asked Roman Reigns to apologize to Jey Uso for his past actions.
However, Reigns not only declined Zayn’s offer to return to the faction but couldn’t apologize to his cousin. The OTC demanded Solo Sikoa come out while Zayn left the ring. The wait for the reunion continues, as Reigns’ past is finally catching up to him.
Despite Zayn pouring his heart out in the ring, the former Universal Champion proved that he hasn’t changed. As a result, Jey confronted him backstage, leading to a heated argument between the two men. On this week’s Raw, Zayn spoke to The Usos, reflecting on their moment at Crown Jewel.
Although he inadvertently hit Reigns, the former Honorary Uce felt that their short-lived reunion was special. Jimmy Uso took issue with this, claiming that Zayn wasn’t family. During the aforementioned segment on SmackDown, Reigns repeated the same thoughts and rejected Sami Zayn.
